As a partner qualified as a PRC Lawyer, Andreas specializes in Chinese law, foreign investment, and cross-border transaction processes. He holds a bachelor’s degree from East China University of Science and Technology, which holds “Double First-Class University” status in China, and an LL.M. degree from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom, where he completed the International Mineral Law and Policy program. In addition, he holds a Sustainable Investing certification from the CFA Institute. This academic background provides him with a strong foundation for working at the intersection of Chinese law and international legal frameworks.

His practice areas include family law, civil and commercial disputes, dispute resolution, litigation, and corporate advisory services. Thanks to his in-house legal experience at Chinese companies, he also provides strategic insights in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

Andreas focuses particularly on Chinese law and foreign investment, cross-border transactions, foreign investors entering the Chinese market, Belt and Road Initiative projects, and cross-border M&A investments in the mining sector. His work in mining investments, corporate risk management, and international transaction structures is further supported by his membership in the World Mining Lawyers Association.
